Share the lift by starting your fertility journey together

Step 1: Preparation
Stork is redefining fertility preparation as a holistic lifestyle journey. At the core is the 28-Day Stork Cleanse, designed to support preconception health through nutrition, suggested food guidance, and everyday exposure-reduction habits.

Step 2: Engage
This program pairs science-backed supplements with an app-guided diet and lifestyle plan, ensuring couples feel supported every step of the way.

Step 3: Sustain
From there, couples transition into Prenatal Essentials during pregnancy, Postnatal Recovery after birth, and eventually into ongoing family wellness subscriptions.

Prepare together. SHARE THE LIFT.
We believe life is better shared.
So we’re assembling a flock. A big one.
Partners, supporters, newcomers, and second-timers.
For those who have been there and seen that.
And those who are as nervous and green as you.
We’re providing simple fertility preparation.
Backed by science. Shared with love and hope.
For your mind. Your body. Your future.
Less stress. More you.
That’s Stork.

Questions are good
Stork is a lifestyle and wellness journey designed to optimize fertility for her, him, or both partners. It brings together a holistic approach to preconception, pregnancy, and the postpartum experience. Utilizing tools such as a guided cleanse, suggested diet, practical lifestyle recommendations designed to reduce everyday exposures, and ongoing daily nutrition Stork supports users for every step of their fertility journey.
The method has five steps: Screen and Assess, Toxin Reset, Optimize Nutrition, Replenish and Restore, and Keep and Sustain. You begin by learning about your habits and environment, then follow a guided preparation phase. We recommend for those joining us in the preconception phase of their fertility journey to start with our Stork Cleanse: the foundation of our system. This also includes recommendations on food, lifestyle, and nutrition that are designed to continue once the cleanse is completed.
For Stork, it means reducing avoidable exposure in everyday life while supporting the body’s normal processes for detoxification with food and nutrition. We consider the environmental steps as an essential component of the Stork Cleanse and strive to support users as they navigate the lifestyle changes designed for optimal results.
During the cleanse, the protocol provides structured food guidance, including a plan for reintroducing foods. Afterward, the focus shifts toward a sustainable, Mediterranean-inspired pattern with varied proteins, vegetables, fruit, legumes, fiber, and healthy fats. It’s guidance for building a routine, not a rule that every meal must be perfect.
Stork includes environmental recommendations with practical ideas such as changing how you store food, reducing contact with certain chemicals, and reviewing personal-care and water choices. The protocol also addresses hydration, sleep, movement, stress management, and community support. While we want to encourage users to make choices that support their journey, we recommend making manageable changes over attempting perfection overnight. This is a journey and should be fun and encouraging, not stressful.
Both follow the same Stork journey. The 10-day option is a shorter introduction; the 28-day option gives you more time with the guided cleanse and food plan. The 28-day welcome kit also includes a longer initial product supply and a few additional goodies. Stork users have various reasons for choosing each option, if you are unsure which makes the most sense for you try taking our quiz for some personal insight.
After the cleanse we move into daily nutritional foundation: Stork Daily Prenatal for her, Stork Daily for Him, or both. The suggested food pattern and exposure-reduction habits should continue too. The cleanse has an end date; the broader Stork routine is designed to fit into the journey ahead.
Stork helps you take practical steps toward preconception wellness, with thoughtfully selected supplements, suggested food guidance, and everyday habits to reduce environmental exposures. Designed for her, him, or both partners, it brings structure and support to preparing together. Stork has not been shown to improve pregnancy rates and does not treat infertility. If you have fertility concerns or are receiving treatment, work with your healthcare professional to decide how Stork fits into your care.
If you’re already pregnant, do not start the cleanse. Stork has a separate expecting path that skips it and focuses on daily nutrition. Check with your healthcare practitioner before using supplements during pregnancy or nursing, or if you take medication or have a medical condition.
Subscriptions vary based on your journey start time. For those in the preconception phase starting with the Stork Cleanse your first payment includes a welcome kit and an initial supply of daily products. Monthly shipments begin when that supply is expected to run out, around month three for a 10-day start or month four for a 28-day start. Cleanse-based plans require the first payment plus the first three monthly payments; after that, you can pause or cancel. Expecting plans have no welcome kit or minimum commitment.
The Stork protocol pauses Stork Daily Prenatal and Stork Daily for Him during the 10-day or 28-day cleanse to avoid unnecessary nutrient overlap. Your daily foundation begins or resumes afterward. If your clinician has advised you to take a prenatal or another supplement, speak with them before changing that routine.
Finished-product Certificates of Analysis are on file for the products reviewed in the Stork program. These document checks such as ingredient identity, potency, microbiology, and heavy metals. Stork takes product testing seriously to verify the quality of our products.
Stork is intended to complement, not replace, medical care. If you are undergoing IVF or another fertility treatment, share the supplement labels and food plan with your care team before starting. They can advise you on whether and when each part fits your treatment plan.
The Stork food guide is a suggested framework, but known allergies and your healthcare needs come first. Check product labels and discuss any changes to the food plan with your healthcare practitioner. Do not reintroduce a food you know you are allergic to.
